We have had a pretty moderate winter this year with only a few days of snow. But one weekend that we knew we were not going to be able to play outside we decided to head over to the Butterfly Pavilion.
It is a great educational museum about the creepy crawlers that kids of all sizes enjoy. They have lots of bugs to watch crawl around, a tarantula named Rosie that you can hold, starfishes to touch, and the garden filled with all colors of butterflies.

We would probably all rather be outside, but this was a good alternative for a cold day. Hopefully we can learn about a buggy friends and enjoy them in there own home soon.
