We stopped by Valmont Bike Park in Boulder for the inaugural cyclocross race. Imagine riding as hard as you can and then having to dismount and run your bike up this staircase at 5300 feet every lap. Ouch.

We went to Lowes to buy a new storm door and stumbled upon their "Build and Grow" projects. The sound of 30+ kids hammering their wood projects was too much to resist. Here he poses with Jill and his newly created "Monster Box".
